My wife and I went to sell some old jewelry. Shlomi was very pleasant, professional and honest. He gave us a fair price, advised us against selling some pieces because he said their value would significantly increase in the next few months and went out of his way to sell a watch for us to another customer to get us a better price than he could offer.
